A rich and delicious Rum overflowing with generous aromas of pineapple, tropical fruits, and fresh citrus. This is a balanced Rum that offers bold layers of flavour, firstly juicy flavours of pineapple rush over the palate, supported by hints of vanilla and finally a smooth oak and leather to the finish.
Best served as a Pineapple Rum Old Fashioned, simply combine 2-part Master Mary pineapple Rum, 1-part Demorara syrup, and 2 dashes of bitters in a mixing glass with load of ice. Stir vigorously and strain over one large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist.
Deep Mahogany in colour, bursting full of rich caramel, coffee, and vanilla straight on the nose followed by some barrel influence including leather, pencil shavings. It is a rich spiced rum that finishes with a bounty of spices while retaining a solid dry back bone.
Best served in a highball glass add 2-parts Master Mary spiced rum, a dash of Bitters, top with crushed ice, drown with a quality brewed ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wedge.
Delicate pale-yellow in colour, sweet passionfruit aromas float effortlessly out of the glass supported by citrus undertones. The barrel influence has been gentle allowing the palate to display rich flavours of passionfruit along with a host of other tropical fruits – mangos, bananas, lychee, and papaya.
Best served in a highball glass add 2-parts Master Mary Passionfruit Rum, top with lots of ice, fill with soda and garnish with a lychee, if you have a sweet tooth substitute soda for lemonade.
